I received great and friendly service from Tumelo Ramafhala when enquiring whether the self-inspection I did on the app would be sufficient, as I have not received the new licence disc, with the previous one already expired. He quickly made a plan and gave me the steps to follow and also sending me the confirmation of cover and his email address to provide him with the details that are still required.
