GREAT SERVICE.

I had my Motorcycle insured through MiWay after I was told by so many people to not go with your company. I was given so many bad reviews as well as did an online search myself on HelloPeter. I saw more bad reviews than good but decided to put my trust in Miway Insurance anyway. Most people that I spoke to said I had made such a large Mistake and would regret it.

Im sure you are aware that on the 10th of November 2023, I had a positive break in at my residence. I spoke to Miway to report my Loss immediately. Suvir Bodhie was assigned to my case to asses my situation. I already had my preconceived perception of Assessors and I even told Mr Bodhie that I knew that his Job was to find as many reasons he could to repudiate My claim.

How wrong I was, and I must now eat humble pie as nothing could have been further from my perception. Suvir was absolutely fantastic from the start to the end. He was very professional and kept me up to date regularly. He was also very genuinely sympathetic to my loss. Suvir completely changed my perception in an instant. The service that I have received from Suvir has been 2nd to none.

Suvir, I would personally like to apologise to you for my perception of you as well as my accusations towards you and the job you do. I am sincerely sorry for what my perception of you were at the time, and I hope you find it in your heart to accept my sincerest apology. I will also put a review on Hello Peter where I will publicly rate You as well as Miway Insurance. If I could give you 10 stars on Hello Peter, I would but un fortunately 5 is my limit

I would like to thank you for your service and all you have done. I will also go back to the people who told me that I made a mistake by choosing Miway and I sincerely hope that I can change their minds to certainly look at Miway as an alternative insurance.
