I was involved in an accident in January 2021. MiWay was able to assist me with car rental for 30 days the following day, and even made sure that it was extended by another 14 days when the panel beater was not able to finish the job on my car on time. I paid the panelbeater the excess and MiWay promised that once everything has been settled with the other party's insurer, i will get my excess back since i was not the one at fault. For 5 months i have been calling checking every now and then to check on the status refund with less success until my case was taken by Thomas Mabitle, their Legal Advisor: Recoveries. i remember him calling me and promising that he is on my case and won't rest until it is solved. In a matter of 2 weeks he sent me an email confirming that he has succesfully chased up with the other third party's insurer and within 3 days my money will be in my bank account.
