Got a shocking increase on my monthly premium 3 times over inflation!, called the call center , the agent could not assist me with my query , was told my details would be handed over to one of the senior advisors , Thelma Mogale called me a couple days later. After listening to my concerns she worked her magic and I was pleased with a much lower than inflation increase, Thanks Thelma for your awesome service.
