Great Service by Kebafentse and Thabi from MiWay Insurance!!!

Excellent service received from Miway consultants by the name of Kebafentse and Thabi. Been a client for years, contacted them requesting for a review on my premium as another provider was offering the same service at a lowered premium. Now because of the service I have been receiving from miway for the past 4 years, I figured I cannot just ditch them for a better premium elsewhere, in fact they had been quiet helpful in the past and I thought they could be open to revisiting my policy...Thabi took my case and escalated it, with an estimated turnaround time of 72hours. 2 hours later I received a call from Kebafentse, who indeed left me speechless after not only managing to significantly lower the current premium, but the professionalism and the extra effort of making the client feel valued.
