<p>I called in with the intention to cancel my policy after my premium was increased. The consultant forwared my call to Diego in Kosmosdal who managed to explain in detail as to why the premium needs to be adjusted.</p> <p>Not only did he review my policy to my satisfaction but also advised on servcies I have included which are not applicable to my profile.
