Great service Busisiwe!

Shout out to Busisiwe Mabizela for an excellent service.I had instructed Myway to cancel my insurance after enduring so much inconvenience with the debit order which was going off prior to the requested date. Numerous attempts to fix this every month did not help, I was truly annoyed and fed up. I was already looking for cover else where and was about to accept the quote today.Thank you lady, you are very client centric and I am glad you called and and explain some info on the policy I was not aware of which lead me to insure another Item, you are great and keep! Whilst you did your part, I can only hope that I will not be inconvenienced by the debit date again hence the four stars instead of five.
