I would like to give Ronald Nkotsi a compliment in the way she handled my Wife's road assistance.He was very friendly and informative. What was impressive was the way he kept calling to check if the road assistance and the towing truck arrived and also he called later to check if we arrived at home .Kept it up and to add it was impressive how it was handled taking into account that my wife just changed her insurance to you guys .Kept it up Ronald and do the same to another customer because is stressful to stuck
