Great service and professionalism

I recently submitted a complaint to Miway regarding my increased access. Despite my angry comments they were absolutely professional and patient with me. My problem was sorted out on the same day. I would also like to give special recognition to Thabiso and Jabu. You were both such a pleasure to talk to and have restored my trust in Miway as an insurer.
