Great Service, and honesty

I have sent a request for a policy cancellation, and Poeletso could not get through to me via phone as I was on holiday.<br> <br> I got frustrated not understanding why a cancellation instruction would not be processed whereas it was sent in writing...<br> <br> Poeletso finally came to my rescue as she explained the process thoroughly, and with empathy.<br> <br> I forwarded the relevant documents to her, and having the experience I have had with MiWay from previous excellent claims experience from a gentleman called Sandile G (forgot his surname), I am very confident that I will receive my refund today.<br> <br> Thank you once again MiWay, your Human Capital department knows how to choose employees with honesty and integrity.<br> <br> Regards.
