Great service and going the extra mile

I would like to compliment two people today: Jeaninne Fourie, for following up with me every day until my query was dealt with satisfactorily - thank you and keep up the good work. Motlatsi Mokoena - for patiently listening to me and following through on dealing with the issue at hand (even though it is still ongoing) - thank you very much. People like Jeaninne and Motlatsi managed to restore my faith in MiWay as my insurance company as I didn't just get the standard parrot answer / feedback.
