I called in to request for my schedule and Diego Phasha gave me exceptional service and even going above and beyond the call of duty by taking the time to send my schedule to another email address that i had requested. He also made an amendment which resulted in a decrease of my insurance premiums on my MiMovables (Cellphone) because of the drop in the market value of my cellphone. This small change goes a really long way. Thanks Diego Keep it up.
