<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>My name is Bahle Nteleki I have been a client of Miway for the past 2 years, I recently noticed a price increase on my car insurance premium which was not communicated to me, I proceeded to contact Miway absolutely furious about the increase and spoke to a senior consultant Mr Nkosi Mthembu. I was extremely upset with the increment and was prepared to take my insurance cover from other provider but the friendly and well spoken gentlemen took time to explain the reason behind the increase and also went on further to reassess my policy to give me a far better premium and lower excess. I was impressed with how this matter was resolved and wish to give Miway a Thumbs UP for their exceptional staff and service.</p>
