Great service and a reduction in monthly contribut

Hi wrote an e-mail to Miway as certain of my personal details changed and I had to inform them. I also complaint that my premium is going up as well as my excess(I know the premium goes up every year, but my car is worth less every year. Within 24 hours Poeletso phoned me and corrected all my personal details with a great attitude, professionalism and speedy service. She then went explained to me why the insurance premium goes up every year and then went out of her way to go and speak to a teamleader about what they can do for me regarding my increase. She then came back with a lower premium than what I was paying last year and explained that I've never claimed from them before and after revising my contribution could give me a better price. My excess was also chanegd back to the original excess amount when I started my policy.<br> <br> Although I think they should do this with every client before they actually send out the increases, it was great that in the end I ended with a better premium which Poeletso organised with no effort and excellent service.
