i'm purchasing a vehicle and have been shopping around for insurance, Diago handled my attempt to leave 'my way' with clear and sound reasoning and pointed out fine prints I had missed - which would have cost me a fortune in the long run - He went the extra mile and offered me the same amount as the competitor with even better benefits.
