GREAT SERVICE - ALWAYS

We had to change the insurance on my husband's vehicle from private to Business so I called in on the 11th January 2018. I was greeted by a friendly consultant (unfortunately I can't remember her name) and the policy change took a few minutes and it was done and dusted. I received our updated policy via e-mail a few minutes later - voila! I would have liked to mention this lady by name but then, I have yet to speak to a MiWay consultant who isn't friendly, courteous and professional at all times. You can proudly pat yourselves on the back for employing great people AND obviously offering them adequate training as they're always knowledgeable and helpful. This is truly one company that I NEVER dread calling as it's always a pleasure. Well done!
