I called miway to find out about mirewards payout. I wanted for a while on the line but once I spoke to the consultant, he was very friendly and knows his story. He then showed me how to use the mixpress where he showed me how to log on etc. I then interacted with Thobani Mahlaba, again very friendly and helpful. Once i was assisted on the web chat, Thobani the followed up with a call to ensure that all is well on my side. Great service.
