great service after hours of not being helped

Thabiso Letsoela gave a great service and was able calm and collective in turn helping me to calm down after the bad service I had gotten. I was made to wait on the phone for an hour to get someone from the cancellations department.

He even went as far as explaining other offers that the company provides for example like the offer where you get money for referring someone. That was not all he offered to assisted me in a language that would best suit me.
