Great service, affordable premiums and assistance with claim.

I had to discuss my policy renewal as well as put in a claim for an incident. I was concerned that having to put in a claim just before my renewal date it would push up my premium.

I first spoke to Simphiwe Khumalo who assisted me with the renewal of my policy and I discussed my concern with the increase of my premium and now I had to add on to this, with putting in a claim. Senior Consultant Kagiso Makgalwa assisted Simphiwe with adjusting my premiums that were more affordable for me as well as not changing anything on my cover. Having a claim a year ago, I was really concerned my premiums would shoot up but to my surprise it was lowered.

I was directed to Mxolisi Kay with assisted me with my claim. He kept me informed and was very patient and such a joy to talk to.
