I have come across many reviews about how some people have struggled to cancel their insurance with Miway and honestly this was a bit concerning for me. Thankfully, Thabani from Miway has made my customer experience awesome. He was very proactive and prompt to deliver on my cancellation request. Cancellation was done immediately and documents were sent through straight away. It was indeed a pleasure dealing with Thabani.
