Great service
Katlego phoned me back with a very professional and warm manner when I requested a call back. She made me feel like I am speaking to someone and not just a "robot". She gave me the correct information immediately with no waiting period and she spoke very clearly so it was easy for me to hear and understand her. Thank you, Katlego.
