Today I received my policy update on my two cars that i have insured with Miway, I was very unhappy with the increased amount and gave them a call to express this. I was assisted by a senior representative Tebogo who listened to my concern and managed to reduce my monthly premium for me. he was very caring and professional and I am entirely grateful for the assistance as every rand counts.
