Just want to say thank you to Kamogelo (sorry, I can't remember the surname) from the Retentions (and Cancellations) Department for his exceptional service. 5 stars for this dude! ... Miway may want to look at improving their online chat tool though. Kept wanting to remove me from the chat after 2:15 mins of inactivity, which led to some frustration and delays. Also, can't click a button to get a copy of the chat?
