Great Service

I would like to compliment Miway on how well they are treating me as their customer. I called them to update my policy and include some items on my policy, which increased my premium. I was not happy with the increase in my premium and asked them if they could reduce it. One of their senior retentions officers, Nkosie Mthembu, reworked my premium, and I was happy with what he offered. He further went to tell me that since my policy is up for a premium increase in June, I should call him directly so that he ensures that the premium does not go up. As if that was not enough, he even arranged for me to receive a 50% payment holiday for next month!. I'm really happy with the service and hope that they will continue to offer this great service.
