Great Service

i just took a MiWay insurance last week and the sales person who assisted me was not much of a help because he did not fulfil one of the promises he made. he promised that he will cancel my existing insurance on my behalf and that i will not be double debited with MiWay and my existing insurance. but it happened today. i then called my way to cancel my insurance as i was extremely irritated by this. the guy called Dougla helped me a great deal where he made sure he calmed me down as well as insure that he listened to my complain and assisted me accordingly. he even went an extra mile by giving me a discount on the premium that i was offered. he really went an extra mile to make sure i was happy.<br> i really appreciate his effort and his attitute towards the whole issue.<br>
