On 17 March 2015 I called to update my policy as I am trading one vehicle for another. I had to call back later to put all in place, the previous consultant was not avail so Neo called me back. This was done so quickly, she did everything very professionally, her attitude was great and she was very helpful. All Miway consultants can learn from her in the way she assists and treats clients.
