I would like to clap hands for Phumzile. When i lodged a claim in the beginning of May, one of her colleagues by the name of Jessica was supposed to assist me, however this was not helpful cause i wouldn't get any feedback from her and it started to irritate me, however Phumzile came to the rescue and my claim was resolved within an hour. I would like to thank her the great service she provided me. Keep it up, we need more people like you Phumzile.
