Great Service

I would like to compliment Thapelo Masinga for the excellent service he provided me with this week. I called in to cancel my insurance as my car was involved in an accident, he assisted me with the cancellation and then went the extra mile to adjust the premium on my personal cover, by him doing this it shows that as the client he is looking after my needs holisticly and that was excellent, Miway must have more of people like Thapelo,he realy is an asset to the company<br> historicaly from the time i started my experience with Miway i never experience problems the staff that assisted me on the call centre has always been helpful and doing everything to be there for me as a client and for this i want to say thank you to everyone at Miway
