Great service

I had quite a lot of things to update on my insurance profile, and for some reason, the self service website was not working properly. After failing to update my profile there, I requested a call back, and Dorcus gave me a call. She had a great attitude, despite the very many things I wanted to update. She even went the extra mile of finding my mother's policy information in order to register her as the regular driver. She made sure that everything was captured correctly, and did not rush me just to get done. Great service! Thank you.
