Great service

Thapelo managed to convince me not to leave MiWay. He did a policy review and tried to meet my requirements. He then sent me my updated policy documents. I had more queries on the document he sent and I sent him an email. Got his out of office saying he'll be back today. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call at 8:30 from Thapelo to sort out my queries for me. He was polite and very professional. Explained thoroughly and made sure all my issues were sorted. <br> Thank you Thapelo for the great service :)
