I spoke to Tiisetso and she was very helpful. We spoke on the app and we got disconnected and she called me back... At first we had to go through everything from start and when we got disconnected for the second time, she managed to save the chat and called back to continue where we left off. She explained everything is a clear and simple terms. She was very helpful. Big ups to her!!
