I phoned Thapelo, because I didn't manage to get hold of someone else who was supposed to phone me and give me feedback on my claim. After I'd spoken to Thapelo, I finally received a phone call from the relevant department. Thank you once again for your great service and customer support. I also really appreciate your assistance for sorting out the incorrect mountly premium. He again went an extra miles to assist me with something which is not part of his division.
