I received my annual policy letter and wasn't very happy when I saw my excess increased along with my monthly premiums. So I called and got through to Anati Ndum Ndum and she quickly had a look and not only reset my excess to it's original amount but also got my premiums lower, which is a huge help in today's financial struggles. I'm so happy to still be with Miway.
