Very impressed with the proffessionalism and competency of the agents i.e. on Tuesday I called and Kebafentse helped me with my policy review and other queries I had, he kept me on the loop and answered all my questions. He he is such a friendly and helpfull person. Today I called and the lady who assisted me failed to assist but when I called again I was assisted by Miyelani and resolved my query immediatly.
