I just want to give a great thumbs up to Miway and particularly Ramasela, she handle my query from start effeciently and with such a great willingness. I was unable to take some of the calls due to work limitations, but she tried. She explained clearly what she would assit me with, and what she needed from me. Even following up when the email was not received by her. I am really cuffed to say that it was a pleasure dealing with Ramasela each time. She has a great Telephone manner, calm relaxed and so so friendly. These are qualities of good service. Thank you Ramasela, Miway has my support , particularly because of you.
