When I called Midway this morning my with regards to my policy review that I had received from them at first my call was not handled in a satisfying manner by the first consultant..but when my call was transferred to Thelma Mogale I was at first not happy but I would like to thank her for the way she handled my query and the manner which she assisted me was very satisfying and am happy about the service o got from her.
