There had been a mistake in terms of the year model of my car which had resulted in an increase in my premium after I had already agreed to the original insurance premium. The matter was handled very professionally and after speaking to Phemelo he kindly adjusted the insurance premium back to the originally agreed upon amount. He was extremely friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Great customer service.
