Great Service
Upon dealing with Olga Funzani as we were processing my claim, she was very calm and treated me with dignity. I was very unprofessional to her When we spoke earlier today, I was very grateful and I am still apologetic in the manner I treated her To Olga, I would love for to keep her kindness and professionalism
