great service

The worst call you get when your spouse has had an accident..... thankfully no one hurt and car not too bad. However I still needed to call miway for help as car was not driveable.... I've never claimed before and didn't know what to expect, however I did and a guy by the name of Edwin answered and was very polite in assisting me urgently. He was also prepared to contact my husband to get his exact location and for that I am thankfull. The tow truck was arranged and they kept me in the loop throughout. This was all in a matter of less than an 1/2 hour to reach to my husband. I also arrived on scene and miway tow truck was done with his paper work. So now onto the next stage and I trust that miway will continue with their great service as ultimately this is why we stay with miway... thank-you miway for your great attitude and service...
