She is very kind and assisted me on my policy (# ********** 9), with a query I had, where I did not understand the feedback I got from Miway when I added a new car on the policy. (That I should specify optional extras on my standard car - Where there are no optional extras), She explained the question I asked very well to me and now I understand.
