I am very happy with the way Refiloe assisted me,he explained things in an appropriate way and he made me understand,he was very patient and he really knows his work,I was fuming but he calmed me down and listened to me attentively and he professionally assisted me and also clarified some of the things that i was not even aware of. May he continue to assist other clients the way he assisted me,to be honest i was 5 minute to leaving miway but he made me change my mind by the way he assisted me.
