06 Nov 2020, 14:34It seems there was multiple errors on my account so I called in to the office to speak a gentleman called Khotso Moagi who promised to get back to me regarding the billing on my account which was more than what was agreed on and not aware what it was for. Khotso went above and beyond to resolving my query and I am super happy that it lead to my premium going down and also a refund included. I truly appreciate his professionalism and going all out, he deserves a raise. He restored my faith as I was on the verge of cancelling and going for a new insurer. Big ups Khotso please pass on the message to him.
