Great service

I had claim that the insurance would not pay and so I subsequently decide o cancel my policy. I was put through to Mpho and he managed to convince me to stay. He stayed on the phone with me for over an hour. I am still not happy with the insurance rules I am however grateful that Mpho took his time to to ensure that come hell or high water I stay with the insurance. I hope that this will not be the last time that I interact with him. His patience is rare
