Great service

I had an unfortunate experience of having to claim for a hijack. Oratile was the assigned assessor to my case. He was sympathetic to the situation. He was forth coming with the whole claim procedure. He made what was a difficult situation a bit more bare able and easy to handle. I didn't expect the claim to be dealt with so swiftly. A big thumbs up to you.
