Great service

I have been a loyal client of Miway for the past three years or so and have been overall happy with the service offered yet with time one takes a good look to see if one can get a more affordable cover as its the habit with Humans, I must say I shopped around and behold I got a cheaper quote on a like for like cover and than called in to cancel the policy with my way as I would be saving just over R900 at first the lady I spoke to which I cant recall her name was honestly put unhelpful and I told her to cancel as My new cover would commence the 1st of December......... I called in a couiple of days later to insure that the policy had been cancelled and it hadn't but than I spoke to Nothokozo who is the one reason I still am with Miway today she took the time to look at my policy as a whole and to cut a long story short she came to the party hence I want to take the time to say Girl you are on point and I look forward to dealing with you for a long time to come..... a special mention also to Zandile Nkumanda for making it a pleasure adding my Cellphone into the policy ..Guys keep up the great work its not taken for granted
