I logged a complaint on the miway website about my policy renewal and the mireward payment im due to receive in december. I received a call from christinah kekana, a senior miway consultant very soon after posting my complaint today. She was so helpfull in assisting me with a review of my policy. Her level of customer service is exceptional , providing me with detailed explanations on certain things on my policy. she managed to lower my excesses and monthly premium to an amount im happy with. Thank you christinah kekana for your service today, if it weren't for you i would definately have cancelled my policy with miway.
