The annual billing increases took place and I felt that my increase hike was too high. I decided to click on the "Call me back"-button on MiWay's website. Not even did 5minutes go by, when someone from Miway phoned me back. I was, however, in a meeting at this time and asked that the Miway employee phone me back in 45minutes' time. This man phoned me back on, exactly, the 45th minute. Not only was he polite, but very friendly as well. He put me immediately through to Neo, who, equally as polite and friendly, reviewed my premium and gave me a significant reduction in my premium. Thank you MiWay.
