I recently contacted MiWay and spoke to an esteemed gentleman called Mr Diego Phasha in Retentions. I cannot express my gratitude and delight dealing with Diego. He was professional yet connected with me on my level, he showed sincerity and was very knowledgeable. <br> <br> This was a very pleasant experience and would like to say thank you to him for the exceptional service. He has made me view MiWay in a much better light (NB. I was already a happy Miway Customer). I really hope MiWay looks after good staff like him, he is indeed a gem to the company. <br> <br>
