I would like to say a big thank you to Thapelo Masinga who assisted me in updating my insurance policy. I phoned Miway to get my car insurance premium reviewed which I thought was high. I was transferred to Thapelo, who was very helpful, friendly and professional. He took the time to understand my needs and even explain other products the Miway offers. I've had a car insurance for years now and was not too sure if I should insure my cellphone. It was through Thapelo's assistance that I saw the need. My premium was reduced and I now have a cellphone insurance. Thapelo really went an extra mile in assisting me.
