great service

I experienced a great service from Ms Maitumelo Nkosi in rather unexpected circumstances as I was cancelling a policy. Given the purpose for my call, I expected a negative attitude(as it is often the case with some consultants)- but to my surprise Ms Nkosi was so professional as professional can ever be, and very genuine in sharing advice. Although she couldn't convince me to keep the policy because of a much better offer from her competitors - she convinced me that she doesn't just sell insurance, she sells service - and it's that attitude that will take her places in her career. <br> Keep it up Ms Nkosi, and may the God Lord bless you.
